Description
Construction taking place at Broadmoor Elementary School at 4am for the second time in a one month span. Concrete trucks can be heard clearly as cement is poured and bright lights shining directly into windows in our home. I do understand that special permits can be issued but generally construction noise is not permitted before 7am. Time occurred to is not accurate as it is still actively occurring.
