Description
The dog has been barking continuously for more than 2 hours. It is now 4:33 pm; barking began around 2:20 pm. This is an ongoing issue, with law enforcement already dispatched on a previous occasion for the same issue. They were previously cited and remained quiet until a few weeks ago, when the barking began again regularly. While the report details a time occurrence, the barking is still ongoing. I have multiple videos but your site does not allow the files to be uploaded due to size
