Description
We live on the other side of the street from this house, but a few houses down. I believe one of our neighbors has complained about a week ago. I'm not sure if the police have talked to them already, but today they played their music loud for everyone to hear. I'm not sure why it's so hard for them to stop playing music so loudly. They are an African American couple. I'm not sure if they're the owners of the house or they're renting, but if they're renting, the owner needs to know.
