La description
Music and bass can be heard inside of our home as we are next door neighbors. We have a one year old and 5 day old baby who take naps and go to bed at 7 pm. I should be able to sit in my living room and Childs room and not feel the bass of my neighbors music. This typically occurs on the weekends and/or on Monday but is not limited to any day of the week.
