Description
My Place Bar and Grill has a permit for music to be played from 7-10pm. From Wednesday nights thru Saturday nights this music can be heard from the neighborhood next door Montgomery Crossings. The decibel levels measured from across Foreman Dr. consistently exceed the 65 dba allowed by Lafayette noise ordinance Article IV Sec. 34-366, forcing residents to use headphones in their own homes in order to enjoy their own entertainment. The bar also pushes the limit of the permit continually playing music until 1030 pm.
