Description
Transient Individuals frequenting the premises during all hours of the day and night. Building is no longer unoccupied and is currently under construction with Bonne Vie Macarons set to begin operating at the end of June. While onsite, Project Manager encountered a white male sitting on the front right corner of the building who stated he was just hanging out "getting high" and usually stops at this location while pointing out that he recently slept on the left side of the building. Individual was asked to leave and informed that he could no longer stop just to "hang out" on the premises. Individual stated that he would continue to do so and would just take the trespassing ticket because nothing else would happen to him. This individual hasn't been the first to be asked to leave the property just the first to argue about not being able to use the premises as a continued hang out spot. This individual was an older white male, approximately 5' 6" - 5' 7", wearing a black t-shirt and black jeans, black framed glasses, black backpack, and left riding an olive-green bicycle east towards University Ave/Circle K.
