Please read this article regarding flooding.... https://www.theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/news/article_168d3368-a8be-11e9-b1c8-5f8b86b57695.html I have been asking Lafayette Consolidated Government to fix the flooding problem in The Saint Streets and in several other neighborhoods caused by the failure of LCG to mill the street before resurfacing. If you overlay asphalt on top of the existing road surface, you raise the height of the roadway which completely defeats all existing flood control measures. The Saint Streets NEVER had flooding issues before the faulty street resurfacing. Crawford Street had NEVER had flooding issues until the faulty street resurfacing. Baton Rouge's public works recognized this problem, why hasn't LCG? Scott
