A barking dog left outside all night/all day regardless of weather. The dog barks throughout late hours of the night, but consistently begins at 5:00,a.m. It barks nonstop. It is left in a small dog pen despite being a larger, obviously active, dog. I moved in two weeks ago and it is every day, nonstop. I’ve asked the neighbor to please put the dog inside when he was outside and he ignored me. The neighbor lives behind our neighborhood so doesn’t fall within any neighborhood regulations. Attached is just one example.
