La description
Car idling with loud mufflers at 2:30 am until 3:30am. I called 911 police came out and said it was not an issue, they were visiting. I watched the officer drive past the car and to my driveway so he did not stop to see. I was told that the noise ordinance was not enforced because I was the only one complaining about being kept awake by the noise. I want an explanation of the ordinance please.
