Description
Residents of Apartment C play loud music late at night and/or all night multiple times per week. Last week, they played loud music from Wednesday evening until around 7a on Thursday morning. Yesterday, they started playing music around 8p and were loud until after 4:30 a this morning. Attached is a recording from last night. I was in my home at the time of the recording.
