Description
Several people panhandle off the side of the highway daily, going into exit lanes to get money and often cussing out drivers who dont give them anything. When they are chased off, they go down pont des mouton and panhandle off the pontoon des mouton/I 49 exit and walk in the off ramps alongside incoming traffic.
