Description
Most of the time, the vehicle operator leaves his driveway with very aggressive acceleration at all hours of the day and night. This is a residential street where the speed limit is 25 mph. His aggressive driving endangers pets, pedestrians, elderly, and children (one of which is autistic) who live on this street or walk in this neighborhood. This has been going on for months.
