Description
Covered bus stop near Wendys has constant loitering. Bags if trash all over, grocery cart, blankets and pillows draped over the seating area. A sleeping bag is completely stretched across the entrance. I have witnessed people sleeping in that sleeping bag in broad daylight. No legitimate customer if the bus service can access it. I contacted the transportation department and they said there was nothing they can do.
