Description
Somewhere near the intersection of Debby Dr & Medina Dr a dog has been outside crying and whimpering. It’s been going on for a few hours and the temps are reaching 40 degrees and dropping to freezing tonight. Attached video is from my yard on Grand, across the coulee. Can’t see anything but you can hear the animal
