Description
My neighbor is following me out of the neighborhood to my new apartment. I have made many police reports about her before. The police tell me to get a restraining order but the court will not grant it. I have video footage but the file is too big to upload. Many other neighbors have reported her following and stalking them at their place of work and around town.
