Description
The people that live at this address raise chickens, including roosters. The rooster crows at all hours, frequently at night. One night it was crowing at 3am, then 4am, then again at 6am. It's loud enough to wake me up at night. I spoke with my landlord and they advised me that roosters were illegal and to call the city to address the problem.
