Description
There's been construction at this location for over two years. There's no consideration for neighbors as they begin banging, drilling, and yelling early in the morning. Sometimes before the legal time frame on weekdays and weekends. There should be a certain time alotted in a permit to construct in residential areas. Two years is too long to be waken up in the wee hours of the morning every week. They began before 7AM this morning
