Description
Continued speeding down Montrose speeds in excess of 50 plus miles an hour. Speed limit is 25 mph. Wreakless driving on two occasions almost hit 3 children. Second incident almost hit a women walking her dog. Drives down the road between 3-530 pm. This has been ongoing for a couple months.
