Description
Blares loud music daily. Sometimes in the front to the cops theme song. Very obnoxious. Can hear from the street over and even when you’re inside your home watching television. Tried to upload videos but won’t let me. Also needs mental evaluation, the mom and daughter. They go outside and yell at the neighbors at least 2-4 times a week. Please help!!!
