Description
Black dog on chain in unacceptable living conditions. It does have a dog house, but is in a mud pit. It stays under this abandoned car right next to the dog house.-which is it's only way to get out of the the sun and heat. This dog has been living in those conditions for over 6 months and with the rain it is just worse. The dog does seem to be in good health, it just needs better living conditions.
