Description
Reckless driving during rainstorm. Truck cutting donuts in 4-way stop intersection of residential streets. There is approximately a 10 min delay on the time stamp on uploaded video/pictures. Vehicle turned onto Jeanne Street from West St Louis, video was recorded at the intersection of Jeanne Street/West St Mary and the vehicle then continued to travel eastbound on Jeanne Street towards University.
