Description
AGAIN with the excessive noise and now it's starting at 8:00 p.m. I have asked him twice to keep his back door closed. He could care less about disturbing all the neighbors. My 1 year old Granddaughter is here for the weekend and I can't deal with him waking up my baby!! We fall the police and it takes at least 30 minutes to get here and the door is close when they finally do pass but NEVER stop and park their car.
