Description
Dog located in back yard (directly viewable from the road) that is chained to a post with no shelter or food/water visible. I have witnessed it multiple times over the past 6 days exposed to all environmental elements and looking visibly distressed. Please check up on this pup and his/her living conditions. Thank you.
