vehicle parked in the street facing against traffic. impeding traffic, mail, and garbage collection. vehicle and owner is not of this neighborhood. has been a daily occurrence. mail and garbage are skipping us and horns blowing all hours of the day and night by frustrated residents of the neighborhood with no change. vehicle is parked in the street facing against traffic and is fully in the roadway. this is ongoing.. please send someone to address and hopefully ticket this individual.
