Tree branch fell in back yard since last month. THIS PROPERTY STINKS AND OWNER DO NOT KEEP IT UP. IT IS ABANDON AND HOMELESS PEOPLE IN AND OUT OF PLACE PLUS PROPANE TANK BY FRONT DOOR AND NO LIGHT OR GAS THERE. PLEASE HELP IT IS SNAKE SEASON
