Description
I believe there are 2 dogs that are k-9 dogs beside my house that look to be not getting very well taken care of. I Just moved to the area so I’m not very familiar with the address of the house to where the dogs are. I do know that it stinks in my back yard from where the dogs have poooped and peed in their kennels and it not being cleaned out very often.
