Description
At approximately 5:30 PM 02/26/26 whilst in traffic eastbound on Johnston St. an individual of hispanic skin tone with buzzed black hair in a silver early 2000s Chevy sedan (License plate: 739 JAN) with 5% tint brandished a handgun and pulled the slide back to chamber a round and waved it at me whilst saying something I couldn’t hear with my windows up. He then attempts to cut in front of my vehicle before giving up and turning southbound on N College Rd.
