Description
This is not prostitution, but there is no appropriate category for this. 2 residents of the house often walk outside during the day inappropriately clothed. The man is usually shirtless (not a problem) with extremely sagging pants (the main issue for him). Meanwhile, the woman walks outside to retrieve something from her car in a tshirt and skimpy underwear, and today I don't even think she had underwear on (fully exposed butt cheeks). This is unacceptable for anywhere, but they live next to a school (even if it is out for summer break).
