Description
There is a dog in a pen at this address. It barks all day and all night. It's 10 p.m. It was barking at 10 a.m. this morning, at 3 p.m. this afternoon, and now at 10 p.m. at night. I don't know if he is lonely or needs food or water or hears other dogs. He seems to be in distress. It's just constant. Every day and every evening. I don't understand why it isn't bothering the people who live there, but it sure is bothering me.
