Description
Fraternity activities at location included extremely loud music and shouting that could be easily heard by neighboring houses multiple hours. Attached video file showcases the house (pale blue with two trucks parked around it) and the volume of the music, which is clearly audible despite the distance away from the ring device. Fraternity identifies as "TKE". Noise was still present at the time of writing.
