Description
Saw a man with his penis out urinating on the side of the building. I see that online it says this establishment is closed so that’s why I checked loitering but I don’t think it’s appropriate behavior for me to see a penis of some dude driving home from work on a Wednesday. This place does not care nor monitor their users.
