Description
Reporting a severe noise and code violation. A commercial construction crew is currently operating heavy machinery, including a concrete boom pump and multiple ready-mix trucks, pouring concrete at 2:00 AM in a strictly residential zone. There are approximately 15 workers on-site making an extreme amount of noise during mandatory quiet hours
