Description
There is clearly something wrong at this house. Dogs have been barking furiously WITHOUT STOPPING for three straight days. The barking at full volume never quits, and we're not sure why the pet owners aren't being held accountable. This is beyond ridiculous, and we just want some peace and quiet in the neighborhood!! Please do something to make this constant barking STOP.
