Description
There are a couple of idiots that drive around every single night on motorcycles that are modified to be as loud as physically possible near the location listed. I am inside my apartment with earplugs in and can still hear them from several blocks away revving their engines and just looping through this residential area. It sounds like they are on johnston street and yet I can hear them still. They do this every single night. Please stop them
