Description
My next door neighbor is obnoxiously loud inside and outside of her apartment on a regular basis. On several occasions I've been woken up by her yelling on the phone outside. On several occasions I've waited until the following day & approached her to notify her of the disturbance. On two occasions I've interrupted her loud behavior and she became drunkenly aggressive/began yelling and cursing at me. On two occasions I've reached out to the landlord and they have contacted her, which has resulted in temporary reprieves from the nuisance. I feel as if filing a formal complaint is the only option I have left. The behavior is alcohol induced and becomes flagrant at night and on the weekends. I've recorded her yelling and cursing outside from the living room in my apartment & would like to submit the recording to the appropriate authority.
