Description
I live in Berchman Oaks and someone is riding a dirt bike and reving the engine right by my home. It is currently 2:17AM and this has been happening for about 30 minutes now. It seems that they anre riding in the phase 2 part of the neighborhood. Absolutely ridiculous.
