Description
This poor dog is outside, with a heavy duty chain, wrapped to this tree at all times. Heat, cold and rain. This is no life for a dog. That dog house is either very chilly, or extremely hot. Please stand up for this dog, and get these people to surrender this sweet baby, to a proper rescue so it has a chace of the good life. This is not okay at all. Please do something.
