Multiple reports of left turns from Cane Tow/Turn Tow onto Pinhook into turn lane as merge lane intruding and blocking driveway of local State Farm business. Customer complaints of unable to make left turn into business because vehicles driving down turn lane. Request to add yellow barrier poles
