Description
There has been two or more homeless people LIVING under the pavillion where the park benches are, next to the children's playground and bathrooms at the park on the corner of Evangeline Thruway and University, by the boat launch. They have been there for around 3 months now. I would have thought that the Marshalls office who patrol the park would have made them move on by now, but no, they are still there.
