Description
The Ruins nightclub frequently plays excessively loud music that disrupts my quality of sleep. I can clearly hear the bass from my bedroom every weekend. I live more than 1000 ft from the club. The bass causes sleep loss, ear fatigue and pain, and a lower quality of life for all members of my home.
