REPORT OF LOITERING AND A LOT OF SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY FROM VAGRANTS THAT GATHER AT THE VACATED BUILDING OF THE FORMER MIKE BACKER BRICK BUSINESS AT 419 NORTH BUCHANAN STREET. THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY HAS YET TO FILE A NO TRESPASS LETTER WITH LPD; HOWEVER, UNTIL THAT TIME, THIS AREA NEEDS TO BE MONITORED AS FREQUENTLY AS RESOURCES ALLOW. THIS ACTIVITY IS OBSERVED AT ANY GIVEN TIME OF THE DAY OR NIGHT, SO PLEASE ASSESS AND TAKE NECESSARY CORRECTIVE ACTION.
