Description
these people have been CONSTANTLY blaring loud music for months. they used to play it outside and have since moved it indoors, however the music now has such strong bass that it has literally shaken my house and woken me up multiple times. i as well as my neighbors have been reporting them for months and still nothing is done. i haven't had a full nights rest in months. i just want to sleep peacefully in my own home
