Description
Neighbor has a person living with him who crashed his vehicle with a suspended license and his third dwi in the state of Louisiana back in September of 2023. He negligently injured the other driver. the neighbor has purchased a new vehicle knowing this person will drive the vehicle, as he is too infirm to drive. The person operating the vehicle is uninsurable. I just watched this person, Timothy J. Pepper drive away alone in the truck.
