Description
Middle aged white homeless man with buzzed hair panhandling at corner in front of CVS with cart of belongings and black lab. He normally appears to have calm demeanor upon previous sightings, however was pacing and punching the telephone pole and pedestrian cross light pole sign today. Am concerned for his mental state.
