Description
2 young boys on a golf cart were looking into our house from the street gesturing inappropriately at us. After the second occurrence, my husband went outside and asked if they needed something. The driver, in a red shirt, yelled cursed words at my husband and called him the N word. He kept trying to cover his face with his shirt. The passenger was in a green shirt. I found out later the boys names are Tanner (red shirt) and Mason (green shirt). Attached are pictures of the boys. I was told Tanner lives at 108 Rue Chavaniac
