Description
There is a recent trend of continuous panhandling on all corners of this intersection. It's often different people, but I have seen many people show up in a vehicle, only to get out and begin to panhandle, and later get back in their car and leave. Some people have also begun to loiter without panhandling, setting up folding chairs along with grocery carts full of items. Several of the people panhandling have been walking in the road among moving traffic, and harassing drivers by knocking on windows when traffic stops.
